PARTNERSHIPS

Drive Change challenges the hospitality industry to hire, train, and retain returning citizens. We provide training and coaching to the leaders of our Hospitality for Social Justice restaurant network. Our Manager’s Training is focused on unconscious biases, identity and privilege, as well as providing context of mass incarceration and the US criminal justice system.
